Candidates must be physically capable of performing manual labor, following safety protocols, and working in various weather conditions. Responsibilities include assisting skilled tradespeople, operating basic hand and power tools, maintaining organized work areas, and adapting to changing project needs. Travel and deployment for disaster recovery assignments required. OSHA 10 certification preferred.
